Groups of users are associated with calltypes, however individual users can be removed or added to a calltype, or the days that they are available can be adjusted. This can be done on an individual level, or for multiple users at once. For the former, see this article. Here we explain how to add or remove multiple users from a calltype.
1. calltypes can be see by pressing the "admin" button from the main call page
2. the settings for each calltype can viewed by pressing the name of the calltype
3. when you chose a calltype, you can see (i) the groups of users it applies to and (ii) which individual users in that group it applies to.
4. to add or remove staff from this calltype, choose "edit" from the top right menu, then tick or untick useres and press "save"
