In order to be able to give away call shifts (outside of the market)
- Your calltype must have gifts enabled
- You must arrange with the person who is taking your shift ahead of time
If these criteria are fulfilled
You can chose the call you want to give away from your dashboard
Or the calendar view (your shifts will be in crimson, with a small person next to your name)
Or the week or month view
Basically, wherever you can see your name on a call slot, you can click on it.
A dialog will appear
Choose the name of the person you are giving the shift to
A confirmation dialog will appear
What happens after I complete a swap?
- An email is set to you and the person you gave your shift to
- An email is sent to any number of administrators who have been designated to receive notice when a swap occurs
- A data trail is recorded and is shown beneath the list of call
