The "Call" tab on the navigation pane will present the following display:
Calltypes describe how "Call" will apply; when it starts and ends on different days, who does it, etc.
Call slots include start and end times (A) as designated by the day (i.e. call on public holidays and weekends will typically have different times to those on a regular day). An important concept is that when a "call slot" is created, its start and end times are carried across from the calltype. If a holiday is created retro-actively on that day, the original call times that reflect a "normal day" as opposed to a holiday may not be changed.
If that happens, a call slot may show a "time marker" that indicates that the time is not the same as it would normally be for that day.
This is easily fixed by editing the call time and changing the time back to the usual time for a public holiday shift on that day. See this article for further information.
The tab bar (B) allows users to change the Call view for different periods. Filters (C) will alter the view relative to the selection of different Calltypes.
Action buttons (D) allow you to edit, export data and delete/save items.
