In order to make shift swaps
- Your calltype must have call swaps enabled
- You must arrange with the person with whom you are swapping ahead of time
If these criteria are fulfilled
Navigate to the shift you want to swap on the Call tab (A). Your shifts will be highlighted (B):
Click the relevant shift and the following dialogue will appear:
There are options to enter pre-arranged swaps, or place on the market to be taken up.
What happens after I complete a swap?
An email will be sent to you, the person you swapped with and the relevant administrators.
