HosPortal exists across many hospitals, and has done so for nearly 10 years, so it is not uncommon to find that you have a new staff member who you know or they tell you they already have a HosPortal account, but you cannot see it since you don't have access to the other hospital they worked at.
Not to fear! You can add them as you would any other staff member.
1. touch STAFF on the HosPortal Navigation Bar and then ADD at the top right:
2. Enter the new users name and details as you would any other user:
3. Press Save
4. HosPortal will search for users with EITHER the same name OR the same email. If it finds this it will tell you this, and suggest that instead you add a new role to this existing account. Just press save if this is the same person.
