Administrators have the capability to set a user's invoicing rate through Hosportal. This will ensure that all invoices are sent with the a uniform rate. Rates can be set separately for each day of the week and for public holidays, and can be set based on hourly rates or a rate for an entire shift.
Note that if the rate is set by an administrator here, then this overrides any ability for users to set their own rates. So this should not be used if there are different rates on-call used by different users (e.g. if different rates apply depending on seniority).
Setting a uniform invoicing rate
Navigate to the Call Admin page (A) and select the relevant calltype:
Select Edit (B) and then fill the rates for every field (C):
Rates need to be set separately for each calltype.
