Administrators can view the number of call shifts that users are rostered for in a given date range using Call Statistics.
The statistics can be for historical shifts, or future shifts, or a combination of both.
To access user statistics select Call (A), Admin (B):
Then click the relevant Calltype.
The Statistics tab (C) will show the number of shifts that each user is rostered onto by day of the week (public holidays are listed separately), and as a total. As you change the date range (D), statistics will automatically update. The date ranges can be for any time in the past or future.
